About the role

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Tasks: Co-ordinate administrative services. Manage the operations of a department providing a single administrative service. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services. Hire and train or arrange for training of staff. Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies. Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services. Organize and maintain inventory. Supervision: 5-10 people. Transportation/travel information: Public transportation is available. Personal suitability: Judgement. Organized. Team player. Time management. Initiative. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years. Employment terms options: Morning. Day. Weekend.
