Shopify Account Manager
Overview:
As a Shopify Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing Shopify accounts for our clients. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients and will work closely with our development team to ensure that our clients' Shopify stores are set up and optimized to handle millions of orders. You will also be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our clients and ensuring that their needs are met.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Shopify accounts for our clients.
Work with our development team to ensure that clients' Shopify stores are set up and optimized to handle millions of orders.
Maintain positive relationships with clients and ensure that their needs are met.
Provide training and support to clients on how to use Shopify.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in account management, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
Strong customer service skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce platforms.
With technical experience - knowledge in shopify is a plus.
