Technical Sales & Contracts Coordinator
About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to help us grow our business in Aerospace, Military, and Space sectors by combining deep contract coordination experience with proactive sales engagement. This hybrid role supports both business development and operational execution to ensure seamless client experiences.
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development (Non-Oil & Gas Focus) • Identify and engage with target industries and prospective clients beyond Oil & Gas. • Promote the company’s engineering and manufacturing capabilities to existing and new customers. • Build and maintain client relationships to expand current and future project opportunities. • Lead new application projects for precision mechanical components and systems. • Provide regular project updates both externally to clients and internally across teams. • Coordinate meetings (in-person or virtual) to ensure transparent communication between stakeholders. • Stay up to date on industry trends and customer needs. Contracts & Quality Support • Manage and monitor technical contract requirements across internal departments (Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Operations, and Quality). • Maintain customer and internal contract data and portals (e.g., secure client access systems). • Support Procurement with supplier approvals for regulatory compliance (e.g., DFARS) and anti-counterfeiting controls. • Assist Quality team initiatives toward certification goals (e.g., AS9100). • Ensure proper documentation is prepared and delivered (e.g., Certificate of Compliance, Country of Origin, Material Certs, First Article Inspections). • Track and report Canadian Content Value (CCV) for applicable contracts. • Maintain internal databases related to controlled goods or compliance programs. • Applicants must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents and consent to a security assessment to meet Controlled Goods Program eligibility.
Ideal Candidate: • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. • Comfortable working across technical and client-facing functions. • Experience in regulated industries (Aerospace, Military, etc.) preferred. • Able to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities. • Willingness to travel for client or internal meetings.
