About the role

WCLC is currently seeking aProcess Analystto join the Organizational Process & Business Agility team. Reporting to the Process Management Practice Lead, the Process Analyst is responsible for understanding, documenting, and improving business processes across the organization.

This role supports the development of a sustainable Business Process Management (BPM) capability by ensuring processes are clearly documented, governed, and continuously improved. The Process Analyst works closely with business areas, Business Analysts, and other teams to improve operational consistency, reduce risk, and support effective change delivery.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Lead process discovery to understand current-state workflows across people, processes, and systems, and document both current- and future-state processes using BPM standards (e.g., BPMN), including roles, decision points, inputs, outputs, and controls.

  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions with stakeholders to clarify process flows, handoffs, risks, and ownership, and analyze those processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.

  • Design improved or future-state processes aligned with business objectives and maintain the enterprise process repository to ensure documentation is current, governed, and reusable.

  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and project teams to align processes with solution design and implementation, while providing process inputs that support audit readiness, business continuity, and operational resilience.

  • Contribute to the ongoing development and adoption of BPM standards, tools, and practices across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Background in process analysis, process improvement, or business process management, with a track record of driving meaningful change.

  • Proven ability to facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders across diverse business areas.

  • Experience creating clear, high‑quality process documentation such as process maps, workflows, and value stream maps.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a sharp eye for detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to translate complex information into clear insights.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with BPMN or other modern process‑modeling standards and the ability to translate complex workflows into clear visual models.

  • Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies, with an interest in applying structured problem‑solving techniques.

  • Experience operating in enterprise or cross‑functional environments, navigating multiple teams, systems, and priorities.

  • Background working closely with Business Analysts and project delivery teams to ensure process alignment throughout the solution lifecycle.
