Role Overview This role is highly execution-driven, focused on trading volume growth, liquidity onboarding, and key relationship management across the crypto ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities Execute business development strategy to drive trading volume and liquidity growth Manage and expand relationships with: Market makers, Prop desks, Funds, HFT firms, Copy traders, High-volume VIPs, Projects with potential collaboration needs. Own and drive liquidity onboarding, including MM integration and ongoing relationship management Work closely with product and technical teams to support partner integrations (CEX futures and DEX differ technically, but strong understanding of one side and integration details is required) Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and summits Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on BD progress and results
Requirements Highly self-motivated, results-driven, proactive, and hands-on Excellent communication and relationship-building skills 3+ years of business development experience in crypto / Web3 / related fields Solid experience in: Market maker / liquidity partnerships VIP or institutional trading relationships Commercial negotiations and partnerships Strong understanding of derivatives / futures trading Able to collaborate and attend meetings aligned with APAC time zones
Nice to Have Experience working with early-stage or fast-growing teams Prior exposure to both CEX and DEX trading environments Existing network with MMs, quant funds, or liquidity institutions
