What will you be responsible for? North Star: Build products that customers love and that drive measurable business impact.

1. Product Discovery & Continuous Improvement Discover user and business needs through interviews, data analysis, and close collaboration with internal teams. Translate insights into high-impact product initiatives that drive revenue growth, improve user experience, and automate operational Define, track, and analyze key product metrics (e.g., quote completion rate, operational efficiency, feature adoption) to guide product decisions and continuously improve outcomes.processes. Own the performance of AI-powered capabilities (e.g., LLM-based solutions, predictive models), defining success metrics, monitoring quality, and driving continuous improvements to accuracy, reliability, and business impact. Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning by identifying new opportunities and helping shape the future direction of the platform.

2. Product Delivery & Roadmap Execution Own and maintain a high-quality product backlog, ensuring initiatives are clearly defined, prioritized based on company OKRs, and ready for efficient execution. Partner closely with engineering to deliver features from concept to launch, serving as the primary point of contact throughout implementation. Work closely with the insurance team to understand product logic and operational processes, translating them into clear, actionable requirements for developers. Validate automation initiatives by testing broker workflows in legacy systems, ensuring our solutions accurately replicate real-world processes and eliminate manual work. Coordinate design priorities with our external designer to ensure solutions are user-centered, aligned with product goals, and ready for development. Foster alignment across product, engineering, design, and business teams to ensure a consistent product vision and successful execution.

Do you have what it takes? 5+ years of experience in Product Management (or a similar role) in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment. Strong product thinking and execution, with the ability to turn ideas into clear, development-ready specifications, prioritize based on business impact, and make data-driven decisions. Technical and operational mindset, able to understand complex systems, collaborate effectively with developers and designers, and translate complex problems into scalable product solutions. Hands-on and detail-oriented, comfortable testing workflows and validating automations against real-world processes in legacy systems. Exceptional communication and ownership, with the ability to align cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Service) and drive initiatives from concept to launch. Passion for AI and automation, with an interest in leveraging emerging technologies to build smarter products and improve customer experiences.
