Custom Metal Contracting and its field installation teams are growing.
Due to continued growth and expansion, we are recruiting for Site Supervisors to join our growing team with our Panel/ Cladding division. Ideally, this person is an energetic, forward-
thinking individual with experience working within the construction industry specifically related to building envelope estimating for façade panels and cladding scopes.

What will you work on?
- Architectural Cladding projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement best practices on construction sites.
- Work closely with project managers, field operations managers and foremen
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Adhere to site-specific schedules and scheduling requirements
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an Architectural Cladding Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of architectural cladding processes, materials, and construction techniques; ACM, cladding, membrane, flashing, long board or similar
- Strong leadership and organizational skill; managing 4-5 foremen concurrently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with relevant construction software and tools.
- OSHA certification is a plus.

- Someone with a Minimum 5 years with the commercial facades system / envelope system
