We’re looking for a Registered Dental Assistant (Level II) to join our team. Schedule & Details

  • Schedule:
  • Monday: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Tuesday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • 2 Fridays/Saturdays per month: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

About the Clinic

What You’ll Do

  • Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort
  • Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and instruments in accordance with infection control protocols
  • Take digital X-rays (if certified) and maintain accurate patient records
  • Support patient education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
  • Contribute to a smooth patient experience through effective communication and teamwork
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling and patient coordination

What You Bring

  • Registered Dental Assistant (Level II) certification and in good standing with the College of Alberta Dental Assistants (CADA)
  • New graduates are welcome to apply
  • Experience with Trios/3Shape scanning is an asset
  • Strong communication skills—you connect easily with patients and teammates
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • A team-oriented mindset with a positive, proactive approach
  • Familiarity with dental software and Microsoft Office (considered an asset)
