VENTURE CAPITAL INTERNSHIP - UNPAID*
We’re pleased to invite you to a group video conference call, this Monday October 27 at 10am EST, to introduce you to the Blockmate Ventures Remote Internship Program. You will report directly to the CEO of Blockmate Ventures Inc, Justin Rosenberg. Your role is to help grow Blockmate Ventures Inc. Blockmate is a public company listed on the TSXv as “MATE”. MATE’s two portfolio companies are:
• Blockmate Mining - focused on launching its first Bitcoin mining site; and
• Hivello - https://www.hivello.com/

Our Venture Capital Internship Program is unique and has improved the job prospects of almost all its long term interns, as well as assisted interns to manage their own portfolios.
The Internship Program requires a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week and is unpaid (*however, bonuses are paid on financial success).
BENEFITS WE PROVIDE
This is a unique opportunity to get exposure to investment banking in the exciting area of venture capital. You will learn not only the skills of corporate finance, but also the specialist skills of investing in fast growing technology companies or startups. The Program is ideal for anyone looking to explore a career in investment banking, management consulting, venture capital, trading & investment or to ultimately start your own business (ie entrepreneurship).
The program lasts for a minimum of 3 months. Thereafter, most interns choose to stay involved on some basis so they retain access to the dealflow, desk meeting and bonus opportunities etc.
Applications are always open and Interns start whenever suits the candidate.
This internship qualifies for college internship requirements and we’re happy to sign the appropriate paperwork.
IDEAL SKILLS
Financial:
accounting, finance Spreadsheet (MS Excel), MS Word, MS Powerpoint.
Marketing: Market research, Sales/Entrepreneurship
Our next internship project is scanning North America for the best sites for us to mine Bitcoin. We have just secured access to an AI-based platform which can help us find these sites!

* Interested in venture capital and investing
* Committed to learning & growth (eg research & communication (written & verbal) skills), prepared to go outside comfort zone, receive and implement feedback.
