About the role

At NorthScale Group, we help businesses scale their revenue and customer base through strategic marketing and technology. We’re looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for our high-ticket sales team.

Tasks

  • Prospect and identify potential clients via LinkedIn, email and other channels.
  • Reach out to leads and engage them in conversations to qualify interest.
  • Schedule appointments for the High-Ticket Sales Closers with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of all outreach and scheduled appointments in the CRM (Attio).
  • Follow up with leads to ensure high engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Continuously improve scripts, messaging, and outreach techniques.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or sales development.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Competence with CRM tools (e.g., Attio, Salesforce, HubSpot) and outreach platforms.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent.
  • Availability to work approximately 20 hours / week and respond promptly to leads.
