Role Description The Restaurant Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Grande Prairie, AB. This role oversees daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, food quality, and adherence to health, safety, and brand standards. The Restaurant Supervisor leads and supports team members during shifts, manages staff scheduling, handles cash and inventory controls, and addresses guest concerns promptly and professionally. Day-to-day tasks include coaching team members, monitoring customer satisfaction, coordinating with the management team on operational needs, and helping drive sales and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Strong supervisory skills, including shift leadership, team coordination, and performance support. Demonstrated focus on customer satisfaction and customer service in a quick-service or hospitality environment. Effective communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and management. Knowledge of food & beverage operations, including basic food safety and quality standards. Previous experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality supervision is an asset. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Proven reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
