Léquipe de représentants soutien technique de Bell offre une assistance technique complète aux propriétaires, opérateurs et techniciens de maintenance des aéronefs à travers le monde. Leur expertise garantit une maintenance et une exploitation des aéronefs sécuritaire et efficace. En plus de soutenir les clients externes, léquipe de représentant(s) soutien technique collabore avec divers départements internes, fournissant des conseils techniques et partageant l’avis des clients pour améliorer les produits Bell. Ils partagent activement des mises à jour techniques lors de conférences et, si nécessaire, fournissent un soutien sur site pour répondre à des besoins spécifiques.

Sommaire des responsabilités

Répondre et gérer les appels entrants des clients ainsi que les demandes par courriel avec professionnalisme et efficacité. Interpréter, transférer et traiter les demandes des clients en utilisant des programmes informatiques, des publications techniques et dautres outils de support. Respecter les procédures opérationnelles du département pour offrir un service client exceptionnel en première ligne. Fournir des commentaires constructifs sur les procédures opérationnelles quotidiennes et recommander des révisions pour améliorer les objectifs du département et la satisfaction des clients. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec divers départements au sein de Bell afin de garantir aux clients des solutions et des services optimaux. Développer et exécuter les fonctions dinspection, de maintenance, de dépannage, de réparation et de révision des hélicoptères Bell conformément aux normes de lindustrie. Représenter Bell Textron Canada lors de conférences et dévénements spéciaux, en mettant en avant professionnalisme et expertise technique. Établir et entretenir des relations positives avec les clients internes et externes afin de favoriser la confiance et une collaboration à long terme.

Exigences Du Poste / Qualifications

Diplôme d’études collégiales en aéronautique. Licence de technicien de maintenance aéronautique ou équivalences internationales. Expérience selon la licence : M ou S : Une expérience sur le terrain et/ou une expertise dans lexploitation des hélicoptères est requise. E : Une expérience sur les systèmes électriques/avioniques des aéronefs est requise. Connaissance pratique des agences daviation nationales et/ou internationales. Capacité à interpréter des dessins de conception et des spécifications dingénierie. Connaissance pratique de MS Windows et MS Office, avec une aptitude à maîtriser dautres logiciels. Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale. Maîtrise de langlais, parlé et écrit. La connaissance du français ou autre langue est un atout. Esprit déquipe et capacité à maintenir de bonnes relations. Capacité à travailler dans un environnement rapide et axé sur le client. Flexibilité dans les horaires et disponibilité pour répondre aux besoins des clients. Disponible pour voyager à létranger environ 5 .

The Bell Product Support Engineering (PSE) team delivers comprehensive technical assistance to Bell aircraft owners, operators, and maintainers worldwide. Their expertise ensures safe and efficient aircraft maintenance and operation. In addition to supporting external customers, the PSE team collaborates with various internal departments, offering technical guidance and sharing customer feedback to drive product improvements. They actively disseminate technical updates through industry conferences and, when necessary, provide onsite support to address specific needs.

Summary Of Job Description

Respond to and manage incoming customer calls and email inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Interpret, transfer, and address customer requests using computer programs, technical publications, and other support tools. Adhere to department operating procedures to deliver exceptional front-line customer service. Provide constructive feedback on daily operating procedures and recommend revisions to enhance department objectives and customer satisfaction. Work closely with various departments within Bell to ensure customers receive optimal solutions and services. Develop and execute inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and overhaul functions for Bell helicopters in alignment with industry-leading standards. Represent Bell Textron Canada at conferences and special events, showcasing professionalism and technical expertise. Build and nurture positive relationships with both internal and external customers to foster trust and long-term collaboration.

Minimum Required Qualifications

College Degree in Aerospace Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Licence or International Equivalencies Experience according to license: M or S : Field experience and/or expertise in helicopter operation is required E : Experience on aircraft electrical/avionic systems is required. Working knowledge of domestic and / or international governing aviation agencies Ability to interpret engineering design drawings and specifications Working knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office, and aptitude for proficiency in other software Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of french is required. All other language is an asset. Team player and maintains good relations Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Flexibility in scheduling and availability to meet customer needs. Available to travel outside the country approximatively 5%. Any other combination of schooling and experience deemed equivalent may be considered.
