As a key player in the financial services marketplace of Northern Ontario we are excited to announce that we are currently seeking a full-time, Virtual Lending & Onboarding Specialist in our Sault Ste. Marie market.

The Virtual Lending & Onboarding Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing our members' experience by collaborating with their branch team and internal partners. The role requires an in-depth knowledge of end-to-end lending process including payouts, quotes, processing, delinquencies, ASAPP and mortgage processes. Actively participating in virtual campaigns and promotions is essential along with championing our organization’s member experience standards. Fostering relationships with both members and non-members as well as cultivating business connections is paramount in portraying our credit union as the preferred choice.

Preferred Candidates Will Possess The Following Qualifications

  • College diploma (E.G.: Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing) or high school diploma and equivalent banking or sales experience.
  • Three years in Lending/Investment/Advisory environment, including exposure and proven track record of meeting individual targets of supporting sales activities in a virtual setting.
  • Knowledge of basic Credit Union products, services, and systems.
  • Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the use of modern office equipment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (both orally and written) with members and co-workers in a courteous, friendly, professional and efficient manner.
  • Ability to efficiently organize work and time to meet daily deadlines.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and owning their own growth.

Hourly Rate: Starting at $25.95
