We’re a busy and growing truck & trailer repair facility serving the transportation industry with reliable, high-quality service. We’re currently looking for a Shunt Driver / Shop Helper to join our team. If you have a valid AZ license and experience operating a front-end loader, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Shunting Duties:
- Safely move trucks and trailers around the yard and between nearby locations
- Ensure equipment is properly positioned for service, inspection, or storage
- Perform basic visual inspections for damage or safety issues
Shop Help Duties:
- Assist mechanics and technicians with tools, parts, and general tasks
- Keep shop clean, organized, and stocked with supplies
- Operate front-end loader for material handling, snow removal, or yard cleanup as needed
- Perform light maintenance and support tasks as required
Requirements:
- Valid AZ driver’s license (clean abstract preferred)
- Experience operating a front-end loader
- Physically fit and able to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
