Your Role And Responsibilities

As an Associate Oracle Package Specialist, you will support the design, development, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle Cloud solutions. Working alongside experienced team members and clients, you will help translate business requirements into functional configurations, support implementation activities, and contribute to the successful deployment of Oracle Cloud Financials, Supply Chain Management, and related modules. This is an entry-level opportunity for recent graduates who bring strong technical fundamentals, business acumen, curiosity, and a willingness to learn enterprise platforms in a team-based environment.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

Support Oracle Cloud Implementation: Assist in the implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud Financials applications, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and related modules. Analyze and Translate Requirements: Help analyze business requirements and translate them into functional configuration specifications that align with client needs and best practices. Participate in Solution Design and Deployment: Contribute to the design, development, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Cloud SCM, AP, AR, GL, EPM, and related solutions. Conduct Process Mapping and Gap Analysis: Support process mapping activities, gap analysis, and configuration work based on industry and leading practices. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with clients and internal teams to gather, document, and validate system requirements and business processes. Support Data Migration: Assist with data migration planning, validation, and execution from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud. Contribute to Training and Support: Participate in user training activities and provide ongoing support to clients post-implementation. Stay Current with Oracle Technology: Develop knowledge of Oracle's product updates, enhancements, and emerging capabilities to support continuous learning and improvement.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Graduated in the last 24 months (MBA not accepted) Agentic and Generative AI: Experience using Generative AI and agentic AI tools to support documentation, workflow automation, requirement analysis, and knowledge retrieval. Ability to apply these tools responsibly with appropriate attention to accuracy, validation of outputs, data privacy, security, and human oversight. Business Process and Finance Fundamentals: Strong understanding of core finance functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Fixed Assets (FA). Familiarity with Procurement and Supply Chain Management processes. Exposure to Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools or reporting frameworks is beneficial. Microsoft Excel Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Excel effectively for data analysis, manipulation, and reporting. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze business problems, translate requirements into solutions, break down complex information, and propose logical approaches. Communication and Collaboration: Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, document requirements effectively, and work collaboratively in a team environment. Curiosity and Learning Agility: Demonstrated eagerness to learn new technologies, enterprise platforms, and business domains. Capacity to understand emerging tools and apply them effectively. Enterprise Application Awareness: Exposure to or familiarity with ERP systems (such as Oracle, SAP, Maximo, or similar platforms) through coursework, internships, or projects. Prior Oracle Cloud experience is not required. Process Documentation and Requirements Gathering: Understanding of how to document business processes, capture requirements, perform gap analysis, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
