About the Role:

Our client is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new logo acquisition and strategic account growth within large enterprise organizations.

This is a full-cycle role responsible for originating, advancing, and closing complex deals in multi-stakeholder environments. The successful candidate will operate as a consultative partner to senior decision-makers and position the platform as a strategic business solution.

Please note: this role is hybrid and requires 2 days/week in the office

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Generate pipeline through outbound and relationship-based strategies
  • Lead structured discovery conversations with senior stakeholders
  • Develop strategic account plans for complex organizations
  • Deliver tailored, value-driven product presentations
  • Navigate multi-layered buying committees and long sales cycles
  • Drive new revenue while identifying expansion opportunities
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting within CRM systems
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer teams
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitive positioning

About You:

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally within enterprise environments
  • Demonstrated success exceeding quota in complex sales cycles
  • Experience selling into marketing, digital, communications, or CX functions preferred
  • Strong executive presence and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder negotiations
  • Strategic, consultative sales approach
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
  • Experience using modern CRM and sales enablement tools

Compensation: $120,000 - $130,000 base, $240,000 - 260,000 OTE (uncapped)
