TMS Support Business Analyst
**Location:**2595 Inkster Boulevard, CentrePort, MB, R4B 0A3
Wage Range:$65,000 to $80,000, commensurate with experience.

We are seeking aTMS Support Business Analystto lead the development, design, and implementation of information system initiatives that support our strategic objectives. The successful candidate brings strong analytical capability, deep operational insight, and a proven ability to drive process and system improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Software Product Ownership
- Serve as product owner for assigned TMS applications and act as the primary liaison with software vendors.
- Recommend enhancements and ensure applications remain current with supported versions.
Workflow & Process Improvement
- Identify and execute opportunities to improve technical and non-technical business processes.
- Maintain subject matter expertise and lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
Process Governance
- Secure management approval for proposed process changes.
- Assess impacts across all affected business areas, including upstream and downstream functions.
System & Process Validation
- Validate system modifications and process changes to ensure high‑quality deployment.
- Develop comprehensive test cases and collaborate with vendors on validation outcomes.
Training & Knowledge Transfer
- Deliver effective training to end users across diverse roles and skill levels.
- Prepare clear training materials and documentation.
- Conduct both classroom and field training while adhering to all safety and PPE requirements.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong process improvement and workflow analysis capability
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communicator with the ability to build cross-functional relationships
- Skilled in facilitating and supporting organizational change
Education & Experience
- High school diploma required.
- Post-secondary education in computer science, logistics, commerce, or engineering is an asset.
- Minimum 5+ years of operational experience in transportation or logistics (TransX experience preferred).
- English is the required language to perform this job.
- Demonstrated ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and streamline processes.
- Proven experience managing projects from concept through implementation.
