About Nova Property Management Experts
Nova Property Management Experts is a growing condominium management firm committed to delivering exceptional service to the communities we serve. We are a small, close-knit team where every member plays a meaningful role in our success. We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join us and grow with us.
About the Role
This is a foundational role designed for someone who is early in their condominium management career and eager to build a strong operational base. You will work directly alongside our experienced managers, supporting day-to-day operations across a portfolio of condominium corporations. This is not a behind-the-desk role — you will be on-site, in meetings, and embedded in the work from day one. As you develop your skills and familiarity with our processes and portfolio, you will take on increasing responsibility, including monthly micro-projects to deepen your technical knowledge of the buildings we manage.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to owner and resident requests
- Coordinate unit access, intercom programming, and key management
- Accompany managers on site visits — taking notes, logging service tickets, and building familiarity with building systems
- Assist in preparing board meeting packages and drafting meeting minutes
- Compliance tracking and preparing CAO-related documentation
- Log and manage service tickets in our property management software
- Take on assigned monthly micro-projects to systematically document and understand building-specific mechanical and operational details
What We Offer
- Salary of $50,000–$60,000, commensurate with experience
- 8 paid personal days annually
- 2 weeks paid vacation
- Christmas closure
- Phone benefit
- Health benefits after 3 months (optional enrolment)
- Dedicated time to support your progress toward your full condominium management licence
What We're Looking For
- A limited licence in condominium management with the CMRAO
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong proficiency in Excel and comfort with digital systems and property management software
- A process-oriented mindset with the initiative to help build and refine systems in a growing company
- A collegial, professional personality — we are a small office and team fit matters
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Apply
Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and interest in the role. We will be reviewing applications on a rolling basis and reaching out to qualified candidates promptly.
We look forward to hearing from you.
