What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll become a trusted resource for our dealer network, helping customers choose the right products while supporting them before, during, and after the sale.

Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include

Providing technical guidance and product recommendations to dealers across Canada. Responding to customer inquiries by phone, Teams, Zoom, and email. Preparing quotations and following up on opportunities. Conducting virtual and in-person product demonstrations and training sessions. Building long-term relationships through regular customer follow-ups and monthly or bi-monthly dealer visits. Supporting product launches, promotions, and marketing initiatives. Representing ADI Pro at industry events and trade shows. Staying current with new products and emerging technologies.

We’re seeking candidates with at least 2 years of experience in areas such as:

Technical Experience With The Following Products Is Necessary

Mixers Loudspeakers Studio monitors Microphones Wireless systems Audio interfaces Recording workflows DAWs (Pro Tools, Logic, Ableton Live, Cubase, Reaper) Podcast production

A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required (to visit customers).
