YOUR CHALLENGE
The Sales Director of OHStraining.com is responsible for revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and overseeing video production operations for the business unit on a national scale.
This role requires the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, collaborate with SPI’s sales team, optimize processes, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while achieving business goals.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth;
- Represent the company to potential and existing clients, including: presenting solutions, following up on leads, preparing quotes, and drafting contracts;
- Build productive and professional relationships with key stakeholders in major accounts;
- Supervise and support the customer service team to ensure optimal satisfaction and client retention;
- Manage video production operations, including planning, resource coordination, meeting deadlines, and ensuring quality deliverables;
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize sales;
- Stay informed about new laws and standards;
- Contribute to SSTenligne’s success by participating in other related tasks.
YOUR SUCCESS METRICS
- Sales growth;
- Client retention;
- Gross margin percentage
- Achieving over $500K in sales outside Quebec;
- Number of new annual licenses sold.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Solid sales experience (5+ years), ideally in technology products
- Strong software knowledge
- Experience in team management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bilingual in French and English
- Willingness to travel
