We have summer internship opportunity in our hotel Germain Charlevoix for a period varying between 3 and 6 months, starting in may 2026.
What You'll Do
- Help with check-in and check-out.
- Assist agents in complex situations.
- Assist agent with most of the tasks of a customer service agent (greet guests, provide information on hotel services, schedules, available amenities, etc.).
- Collaborate with other departments.
What You'll Bring
- Study in Hospitality program, or similar program is an asset
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Natural customer service orientation with a positive attitude
