Job summary
The Office Associate is responsible for conducting administrative and office work for the store. This role involves handling and protecting sensitive and confidential information on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:
Seasonal / Temporary Position for Service Department
Responsibilities:
– Answering phones
– Retrieving and returning voicemails
– Scheduling phone appointments
– Maintaining and compiling a ‘wait list’ for tire installations during busiest days
– Helping to pick parts and tires occasionally
– Break and lunch coverage on front counter
Must have excellent customer service skills, be adept at computer work, be able to gather pertinent information and relay in a clear and concise manner and have great organizational skills. This will be a position that will be fast-paced and will require someone to think on their feet.
Requirements / Skills
- Experience in an office role
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Results-oriented and team-oriented.
- Proficient in office software systems.
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to find solutions to problems, adapt and cope with challenging situations and make decisions
- Experience in retail sales, execution and operations (asset)
