ServiceTitan is looking for a leader and a systems thinker to join our team as a Lead Product Analyst. This role is pivotal in shaping our data-driven strategy by building the foundational analytics infrastructure that will be used across our entire product ecosystem, including our core platform and Pro product lines. You will move beyond building reports to creating scalable, reusable data models and visualization tools that empower teams across the organization.
This role is at the center of ensuring ServiceTitan has the right products and features to win. You will be the company’s go-to expert for developing robust, cross-functional product data solutions and providing the deep insights that guide our most critical product decisions. What You'll Do:
- Architect Data Solutions: Design, build, and maintain scalable and performant upstream data tables and models in Snowflake. Your work will serve as a single source of truth and support a wide range of cross-team analyses.
- Develop Reusable Tools: Build a portfolio of robust, multipurpose, and reusable dashboards and visualizations in Tableau, empowering business users to self-serve actionable insights.
- Provide Strategic Insights: Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns in complex data sets, preparing and presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Drive Infrastructure Improvements: Proactively partner with stakeholders in product, finance, and engineering to continuously improve and maintain our analytics infrastructure, ensuring it evolves with business needs.
- Mentor and Lead: Serve as a technical leader and mentor for other analysts on the team. You will guide them on best practices and help to uplevel the quality and efficiency of the entire team's work.
- Own the Roadmap: Take the lead in directing and implementing solutions to complex, loosely scoped problems. You will partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into a long-term roadmap for your projects and the team.
Required Skills:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in a business or quantitative field with 8+ years of experience as a product or data analyst.
- SQL Mastery: Advanced, expert-level SQL expertise, including functions, query optimization, and complex data modeling in a data warehouse environment (Snowflake preferred).
- Data Engineering & ETL: Strong, practical experience with data engineering and ETL/ELT concepts. Hands-on experience with dbt is required.
- Business Intelligence Expertise: Proven experience building scalable, reusable, and insightful dashboards using business intelligence platforms like Tableau.
- Analytical Depth: Deep analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information with meticulous attention to detail.
- Executive Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely to VP+ leaders.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and systems-thinking ability that lets you anticipate how your work connects to broader business goals and customer decisions.
- Experience leveraging Generative AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) to enhance personal workflow.
Preferred Skills:
- Python for Data Analysis: Proficiency in Python for data wrangling and analysis using libraries such as Pandas
- Experience working with clickstream data
- Experience building web applications

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in Canada is between $137,400 CAD - $206,000 CAD. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
