CLAIMS ADMINISTRATOR, STRUCTURED SOLUTIONS
TORONTO
The Claims Administrator, Structured Solutions, reporting to the Claims Manager, Structured Solutions, will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of our claims.
The successful applicant will be a passionate, organized and detail-oriented self-starter with the capability to foster and build upon relationships with new and existing talent. This role offers the opportunity to grow within our claims team with potential to take on claims handling responsibilities over time.

Accountabilities include:
- Maintain accurate filing and documentation of claim files and recording of payment and reserve transactions.
- Manage the processing of the monthly claims bordereaux.
- Support the Fronting claims team by managing administrative workflow and ensuring tasks are completed within required timeframes.
- Assist with claims reporting, payment tracking and status updates for internal and external partners.
- Contribute to improvement in administrative processes.
- Build knowledge of claims handing processes with the opportunity to take on increased responsibility over time.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth claims process and resolution.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in an administrative role.
- Experience in the insurance industry is an asset.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Experience with data entry systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Location:
- Downtown Toronto - Hybrid - 4 days per week in office
Salary:
- The expected salary in this position is within the range of $60,000 - $75,000
This salary range reflects the expected base compensation for the role across Canada. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and scope of responsibilities. Trisura provides this range in good faith in accordance with applicable legislation.
This position is for an existing, currently vacant position.
