We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Marketing Coordinator, More Rewards to join our More Rewards team in Langley, BC.
Reporting to the Manager, Loyalty Promotions, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and implementation of the More Rewards loyalty program across all Pattison Food Group (PFG) banners. In this role, you will collaborate with Store Teams, Merchandising, Data & Analytics, IT, Customer Service, Finance, and external partners to support program execution, ensure operational excellence, and contribute to the ongoing maintenance and growth of the loyalty program.
You will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the creation, development, and management of loyalty strategies and offers by collaborating with marketing teams on loyalty campaigns, offer setup, customer communications, and engagement initiatives.
- Contributing to loyalty offer forecasting, preparing offer briefs, coordinating go‑to‑market processes, and handling offer data preparation, system uploads, and day‑to‑day operational support.
- Handling ongoing reporting within the Loyalty platforms and monitoring the effectiveness of customer acquisition tactics, promotional performance, and partnership‑driven revenue.
- Assisting in the development of training materials, resource packages, and operational process documentation to support store and operational teams.
- Working with internal teams on third‑party reward partnerships, including promotion, communication, redemption tracking, and reporting.
- Maintaining the reward catalogue through item updates, inventory reviews, and fulfillment coordination.
- Helping with partner acquisition and onboarding activities for new reward partners joining the More Rewards program.
- Liaising with More Rewards partners and internal stakeholders, including store teams, Customer Service, and cross‑functional departments, to communicate and coordinate loyalty customer experience and reward execution plans.
- Assisting in More Rewards customer escalations.
- Supporting on the tracking and processing Loyalty billing and invoices.
You have:
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in marketing or business is considered an asset.
- 1-2 years of experience in a project coordinator or related role.
- Experience in IT project coordination and project management tools considered an asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
You are:
- A confident communicator, both verbal and written with strong interpersonal skills.
- A curious problem solver with a can-do attitude and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Customer focused with an excellent ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Process oriented with strong analytical abilities.
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Business driven and proactive with the ability to identify issues before they arise.

$59,777.00 - $74,721.00
The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience and other factors.
