What You Will Do Prepare and deliver comprehensive daily and weekly reports, tailored to the requirements of multiple departments, ensuring timely availability of accurate data to support operational and strategic decisions.

  • Generate and submitted monthly vendor reports by performing detailed calculations and validations of payable amounts, ensuring accuracy before approval and payment release.
  • Update and maintain customer records.
  • Compile, analyze, and interpret monthly performance metrics, benchmarking actuals against prior-year data, and providing actionable insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
  • Conduct ULC certificate audits and cancellations by validating details, ensuring adherence to compliance requirements.
  • Review and reconcile subscription details on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and flagging discrepancies for timely resolution.
  • Process and manage monthly commission payouts for technicians across multiple programs, while creating detailed trackers to enhance visibility and transparency for higher management.
  • Coordinate closely with sales representatives to track upcoming subscription renewals, proactively updated subscription trackers, and facilitated smooth renewal processes.

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $22.60 - $28.36 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities
