Position: Project Coordinator – Nuclear Industry Location: Ontario, Canada - Y9Y 9Y9 Work Model: Hybrid 25% Pickering ON L1W 3V6 Interview Process: 2 Virtual Rounds (Camera On)
Key Responsibilities: Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities Coordinate with engineering, field service, procurement, quality, and outage teams Track project schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables Support outage planning, maintenance execution, and closeout activities Manage project documentation, reports, RFIs, change requests, and status updates Assist with turbine-generator maintenance, inspections, upgrades, and commissioning support Preferred Background: Nuclear, power generation, oil & gas, aerospace, or other regulated industries Experience supporting outages, shutdowns, or maintenance projects Exposure to turbines, generators, rotating equipment, or field service coordination Strong skills in scheduling/document control tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, SAP, Excel, or Power BI
