JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Luxury Sales Associate, you will report to the Store Manager and be responsible for achieving sales targets. You will act as an Omega Brand Ambassador while demonstrating key attributes essential to success in luxury retail: Client Centricity, Brand Passion, Professional Excellence, Adaptability, and Collaborative Spirit.
Responsibilities include:
- Customer Service & Sales Generation: Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting clients and resolving issues with a positive, professional attitude. Achieve and exceed sales targets through outstanding product knowledge and a passion for luxury timepieces.
- Operations: Support daily operations, including processing sales and returns, inventory management, and adhering to operational policies and procedures.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining the boutique’s visual standards by following visual merchandising guidelines. Contribute to the cleanliness and organization of the boutique environment.
- Compliance: Uphold workplace safety standards.
Working Conditions:
Work is performed with moderate physical effort and significant walking and standing is required for the majority of each shift. While this position has a low risk of injury, the role requires lifting, pushing, pulling and holding (up to 35 lbs and above with appropriate support) of boxes and store fixtures, as well as significant focus when completing paperwork, cash management or using the POS.
Employment Status:
Part-Time: 20 hours per week on average. Must maintain open availability to meet the needs of the business and may be required to work more than 20hours per week, including certain holidays and blackout dates.

- Availability to work opening and closing shifts; flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written), including strong relationship-building skills.
- Must be a self-starter who works well independently and in team environments.
- Ability to communicate in a clear, concise and professional manner.
- Results-oriented with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Passion for luxury sales and working in a fast-paced environment.
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, with at least 2 years in a luxury retail environment (e.g., watches, jewelry, fashion, or accessories).
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a client-focused setting.
- Experience working with POS systems and boutique operations.
- Strong understanding of luxury clientele expectations and service standards.
