Role

As an Internal Sales Representative, you will leverage your advisory skills to handle incoming calls—primarily related to the heat pump department—from customers in order to identify their needs and convert calls into acquisitions.

Your goal? Highlight the benefits of our service offering and the features of our new products in order to book appointments for our external sales representatives. After receiving comprehensive product training, you will be able to properly assess customer needs, prepare quotes, and achieve the expected results.

Responsibilities

  • Promote the advantages and benefits of our products and services to interested customers.
  • Respond to incoming calls and web inquiries (technical questions about our products and services) and convert them into appointments for our representatives.
  • Assess customer needs, provide informed and specialized product recommendations, and prepare accurate quotes.
  • Ensure diligent follow ups as an intermediary between customers, representatives, and suppliers while keeping all files up to date.
  • Handle various administrative tasks such as updating customer files, data entry, document filing, etc.

Ideal Profile

  • Comfortable recommending products and services in an acquisition/sales context.
  • Committed to delivering outstanding customer service and quickly building strong relationships with clients.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail in daily work.
  • Comfortable using computer systems, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Adobe.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and a collaborative mindset.
  • Bilingual in French and English to effectively assist all clients and provide high quality service in both languages.
  • Call center experience is considered an asset.
  • Available based on operational needs (full time day shift, flexible schedule and weekly hours).
