Description
- Mentor and develop staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and performance.
- Execute long-term IT infrastructure roadmap; collaborate with leadership to adapt strategies as needed.
- Lead cloud adoption initiatives, including migration planning and integration, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Oversee core IT systems (servers, networks, storage, etc.), drive modernization efforts, and ensure high availability and performance.
- Partner with global teams to align infrastructure with operational needs; manage vendor relationships and service levels.
- Ensure infrastructure meets security and regulatory standards; manage budgets while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Profile
- 10+ years in IT infrastructure with deep experience in cloud adoption, migration, and architecture design, specifically in hybrid or multi-cloud environment.
- Strong background in global systems and cloud strategy execution.
- 5 years in a leadership role including responsibilities such as one-to-one's and performance management.
- Deep knowledge of data center management, virtualization, networking (IP, routing, firewalls), storage (HP3Par or Pure), and backup solutions.
- Travel up to 30% across Europe and North America.
