GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Consultants provide a variety of consulting and training services to new and existing Hyphen Solution clients to ensure client satisfaction and the successful implementation of Hyphen Solutions’ software applications. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Consultants work as members of a team or as an individual, providing critical process review, system design and configuration, infrastructure validation, system deployment, and user training as well as product knowledge expertise. The responsibilities of a Consultant are usually performed at a customer site, under close supervision on clearly defined assignments. Specific duties and responsibilities include: Assist with planning the implementation and developing the implementation project plan to meet client expectations, timeframes, and budget. Provide on-going training and application support for application users. Develop and maintain quality relationships and communication with project team members through the implementation process. Adhere to all Hyphen Solutions’ policies and procedures as well as implementation methodology and policies. Lead HomeFront Sales implementations from kickoff through successful go-live. Facilitate discovery sessions and business process reviews. Configure HomeFront Sales environments to align with client workflows. Assist clients with lot inventory, model setup, option management, pricing, and contract configuration. Coordinate project deliverables and milestones. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities. Manage up to three concurrent implementation projects. Deliver virtual and onsite client training. Train sales teams, sales management, administrators, and project stakeholders. Provide guidance on implementation best practices. Develop strong working relationships with client stakeholders. Support organizational change management and user adoption efforts. Project Coordination Maintain implementation schedules and client action items. Coordinate activities with Project Managers, ERP Consultants, BuildPro Consultants, and Support teams. Document implementation decisions and project progress. Escalate risks and issues as necessary. Go-Live & Post Implementation Support Assist with go-live planning and execution. Support customer transition to ongoing support teams. Participate in implementation retrospectives and process improvements. Assist with report signoff and enhancement discussions. Adhere to All of Hyphen Solutions' Policies and Best Practices Qualifications Industry Experience Minimum one (3) year direct residential homebuilding experience in one or more of the following areas: Sales Purchasing Estimating Construction Operations Accounting Design Center Operations Sales Operations OR Minimum one (3) year experience as a system administrator, software administrator, or power user of a residential construction software platform. Professional Skills Strong customer-facing communication skills. Experience facilitating meetings and presentations. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Ability to travel up to 25%. Preferred Qualifications Software Experience Strong preference will be given to candidates with experience using: HomeFront Sales HomeFront ERP NewStar BRIX Sales Additional Technical Experience SAP Crystal Reports experience is highly preferred. Software implementation consulting experience. Customer training experience. Business process documentation experience. Current HomeFront consultants frequently support reporting discussions, HomeFront Sales configuration, troubleshooting, implementation workflows, training activities, and GuideCX coordination. Education Bachelor's Degree preferred in: Business Administration Construction Management Information Systems Accounting Related Field Equivalent industry experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. Success Metrics Successful candidates will be expected to: Within 6 Months Successfully participate in multiple HomeFront Sales implementations. Conduct customer training sessions independently. Manage portions of implementation projects with limited oversight. Within 12 Months Independently lead a HomeFront Sales implementation from discovery through go-live. Conduct implementation meetings without requiring a senior consultant to attend. Manage up to three concurrent implementations while maintaining project schedules and customer satisfaction. Serve as the primary HomeFront Sales subject matter expert for assigned customers. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Extensive travel is required for this position, up to 25%. Honesty. Respect.
