Contract Details Position Type: Contract Contract Duration: 13 months (12) (1) (1) Pay Rate: C$80.00–C$180.00 / Hour (CAD)

Job Summary The client requires one (1) resource to provide Services in the role of SimCorp Business System Analyst - IBOR for the approximate period of twelve (12) months on a full-time position for the duration of the engagement. The client reserves the right to extend the Contract term for one (1) additional period of up to one (1) year each on the same terms and conditions. The SimCorp Business System Analyst will work directly with the Global Technology team and in collaboration with other personnel, including project managers, developers, business analysts and subject matter experts, vendors.

Key Responsibilities Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for the SimCorp IBOR (Investment Book of Record) workstream. Conduct detailed analysis to ensure requirements are clearly defined and aligned with business objectives. Create solution designs, leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support investment management processes across front, middle, and back-office functions in SCD. Provide expertise in the design, configuration, and enhancement of SimCorp Dimension to support IBOR capabilities. Ensure the solution meets business requirements and integrates seamlessly with downstream systems. Develop and execute comprehensive testing to ensure IBOR functionality operates as expected within SimCorp Dimension. Identify, investigate, and resolve system defects, configuration issues, and data discrepancies through detailed root cause analysis. Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and validation activities with SimCorp, business users, and technology teams. Assist in the development and execution of a change management plan to support the adoption of new IBOR capabilities, business processes, and SimCorp configurations. Address technical process concerns, and operational impacts while ensuring stakeholder engagement and alignment across investment management and technology teams. Prepare regular status reports and documentation to keep stakeholders informed of project progress. Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.

Required Experience Demonstrated experience with solution design and configurations in SimCorp Dimension (for example, configuration experience in Transaction processing, Portfolio Calculation, Back office module, Filter Toolbox, Comm Server) Demonstrated experience with an investment finance or net asset valuation domains Demonstrated ability to identify and translate high level, conceptual user requirements into specific business requirements (features) with attention to detail, and analytical skills to solve problems, research, and perform root cause analysis, to guide development activities Demonstrated experience in a role from which strong operational knowledge, with a view of investment management industry, including experience in front, middle and back-office processing Demonstrated experience in roles requiring strong verbal and written communication skills
