  • Identify opportunities to improve or modernize legacy processes, contributing to a more proactive and scalable systems environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in ERP systems administration, application support, or a similar role within complex business environments
  • Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics GP or comparable ERP systems, with a strong understanding of system integrations and business workflows
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL Server, including writing queries, building database objects, and troubleshooting performance issues
  • Experience supporting warehouse management systems (WMS) such as HighJump or similar platforms within manufacturing or distribution environments
  • Working knowledge of EDI processes, including diagnosing and resolving transaction failures
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and how applications interact across enterprise environments
  • Experience working in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments, with an appreciation for the operational impact of system performance
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
