What to expect from the role?
- Create, prioritize and manage the product backlog to achieve product vision aligned with Petline’s strategic priorities, and in context of target market segments and desired customer experience
- Lead a cross-functional team of Design, Content and Development experts to deliver initiatives and capabilities that drive customer and business goals
- Monitor and optimize throughput, ensuring the team meets delivery commitments while minimizing cycle time
- Foster deep relationships with key business stakeholders (e.g., Underwriting, Distribution, Customer Experience, Marketing, Business Insights) to consistently embed business and customer feedback, data and new thinking into digital experiences
- Contribute to continuous improvement, identify inefficiencies and foster a culture of high performance within the POD
What you bring to the role?
- 5+ years experience in product management role within a technology driven business
- 3+ years of insurance or fintech experience preferred.
- Proven experience driving end-to-end omni-channel experiences
- Experience optimizing sites for SEO, SEM and conversion funnels.
- Strong ability to apply business value to digital experiences / technologies
- Seasoned in Agile development and product management practices including writing user stories and acceptance criteria for business objectives
- Extensive experience with experimentation & A/B testing (design to measuring)
- Expert communicator, must be able to ensure buy-in from stakeholders and influence all major decisions and strategy through collaboration
- Experience monitoring and driving KPI’s and long term objectives
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, an enviable ability to manage multiple responsibilities and are motivated by an innate need to deliver significant contribution to our customers' success.
- Passionate about delivering products and services that are scalable, high quality and consistent with reusability in mind. Stays current in functional expertise and keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner certification
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology or business major

Salary Range: $87,400 - $161,000

Actual salary for the role may vary depending on work location of the successful candidate and other factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, working conditions and the local labour market. In addition to base pay, eligible employees may participate in various incentive plans which are paid out at the discretion of the company and subject to individual and company performance.
