How your role will bring the vision to life:

Brand Designer

As Brand Designer, you'll help shape how our SnackPack experiences Snackish across every touchpoint. From retail to social, campaigns, merchandise and product launches, you'll bring our brand world to life in a way that's instantly recognizable, culturally relevant, and impossible to ignore.

Working closely with the Head of Creative, you'll transform creative direction & collaboration into thoughtful, beautifully crafted design while helping ensure every interaction with Snackish feels consistent, memorable and delicious.

As we continue to grow, you'll play a key role in maintaining our visual identity while helping the nimble creative team execute at an exceptional level.

What success looks like:

Design thoughtful, high-quality creative that brings the Snackish brand to life across product, marketing, retail and digital. Own the day-to-day execution of our visual identity, ensuring every asset feels polished, consistent and unmistakably Snackish. Help manage and maintain our growing portfolio of packaging artwork, ensuring accuracy and production readiness. Support product launches with organized, detail-oriented creative that keeps projects moving smoothly. Partner closely with the Head of Creative to develop campaigns, launches and new brand ideas. Build strong relationships across the Marketing team, becoming a trusted creative partner from brief to execution. Contribute ideas that help evolve and strengthen the Snackish brand world. Keep creative files, assets and design systems organized, scalable and easy to navigate. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, templates and processes that help the team work more efficiently. Support creative direction for photography, video and campaign productions, with opportunities to take increasing ownership over time.

What we’re looking for:

5–6 years of design experience, ideally with consumer brands. CPG experience is a bonus. You have exceptional attention to detail and take pride in producing thoughtful, high-quality work. You're highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with confidence. You take ownership of your work, moving projects from brief to final execution with minimal oversight. You're adaptable and thrive in a fast-moving startup where priorities can shift quickly. You're a collaborative communicator who enjoys partnering with cross-functional teams. You're curious, culturally aware and inspired by great brands, design and visual storytelling. You're excited to help build Snackish into the everyday snack brand for a new generation.
