About the role

I am looking for a dynamic, energetic, and outgoing sales person to join my team at Business in Calgary magazine. Ideally, you have experience in either direct to consumer and B2B sales, want to make money, and aren't scared of a little hard work.

This role requires relationship building. You won't be sitting at a desk all day, everyday. It isn't just phone calls, emails and LinkedIn messages. It's meetings over coffees and lunches, it's awards galas and anniversary celebrations, it's sitting down with Calgary's CEOs, presidents, owners and founders. You become the face of the magazine to Calgary's thriving corporate ecosystem.

You will receive accounts to manage upon starting, with the opportunity to add clients as your product knowledge and skills grow. No knowledge of Calgary's corporate landscape? Never been inside a downtown office building? No problem! You will have the opportunity to shadow senior sales people until you're ready to set out on your own.
