Agilus is recruiting for a Coordinator in the Educational Field in Calgary, Alberta. The Coordinator will be doing heavy administrative duties and supporting a variety of students programs
A Typical Day
- First point of contact for alumni engagement inquiries.
- Lead the recruitment, training, and supervision of student, staff, and alumni volunteers
- Support the Alumni and President’s Awards programs, including promotion, nominations, and recognition
- Assist with on-campus initiatives and events
Successful Candidates Will Have
- Diploma or degree in Communications, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years in an administrative or customer service role
- Volunteer management experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Total Rewards
- 2+ weeks with a possibility of extension
- $25-$27 (depending on experience)
- Monday to Thursday, 5 hours on campus to start
- Transit accessible
- Great opportunity to engage and support the alumni community
