Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on IT application projects.
• Proven experience leading M&A integration and/or separation initiatives; SAP experience is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing business processes and environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional, and multi stakeholder projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with senior executives, technical teams, and external partners.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English is preferred.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
• Experience in M&A programs, including carve-outs, divestitures, or system separations.
• Formal project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar).
• Experience working with global or multi-site manufacturing organizations.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong IT application delivery experience to lead complex initiatives related to M&A, carve out, and transformation programs. Experience within the manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of carve-out projects, ensuring alignment with business and IT objectives.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources to ensure successful and timely project completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors or system integrators.
• Monitor project performance, proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure project delivery complies with corporate governance, IT standards, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present clear and accurate status reports, dashboards, and executive communications for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Support change management activities and ensure smooth transition to operations post-go-live.
