- Lead enterprise-wide procurement and lifecycle management for major equipment and capital assets across V!VA Communities.
- Establish procurement policies, controls, and governance frameworks.
- Support new V!VA Community openings through sourcing, vendor onboarding, and set-up planning

- Ensure ethical, sustainable, and compliant procurement practices aligned with V!VA values.
Team & Cross‑Functional Support
- Provide guidance and support to Community leaders on purchasing processes and best practices.
- Act as a subject matter expert for procurement-related initiatives and systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Significant senior‑level experience leading large‑scale equipment procurement and capital asset sourcing, supported by relevant education or professional training in procurement, supply chain, operations, or business management.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management.
- Experience in multi-site operations, hospitality, healthcare, or seniors housing an asset.
- Strong contract negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage supplier performance and drive cost savings.
- Proficient in MS Office and procurement or ERP systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel to V!VA Communities as required.
