Head Custodian – Class III

We are seeking a motivated self-starter for a full-time (1.0 FTE) Head Custodian position, overseeing Custodial Services at both Two Hills School and Two Hills Mennonite School . This role reports directly to the Principals of both schools as well as the Supervisor of Maintenance. This position is responsible for a variety of duties directly related to Custodial services, including but not limited to: overseeing custodial staff, staff training, timekeeping, and the distribution of labour and resources as required , along with associated administrative tasks. The successful candidate will also manage day-to-day custodial operations and ensure a high standard of cleanliness and safety. This position will have a 6-month probationary period and will be compensated relative to experience.

The candidate for this position should be familiar with computers and have a good sense of managing personnel. We are seeking an individual who can manage in a high paced environment, while striving for continuous improvement.

We serve 3,640 students (K-12), including Catholic, First Nation, Mennonite, Hutterite and Home Schooling learners. Our 19 definable school sites are staffed by approximately 235 FTE teaching staff and 300 support staff.
