***$7,500 Sign-On/Retention Bonus for Qualified Candidates***
AS A CLINICAL COORDINATOR, you will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation and evaluation of patient care in the office. You will be required to coordinate the care with other with other Penn Highlands services, or outside health care providers. The Clinical Coordinator will serve as a liaison between the Physician, the Mid-Level Provider and all other health care providers. You will also assist in coordination of clinical schedules.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Current LPN Licensure in the state of Pennsylvania required OR Completion of a Clinical Medical Assistant Program with at least two years experience required
- Two years experience in an office setting and familiarity with Microsoft Office preferred
- CPR Certification from the American Heart Association within first year of hire
- Knowledge in regulatory requirements of third party payors such as Medicare, Medicaid, and Blue Shield
