The practice combines experienced dentists, hygienists, assistants, and reception staff with modern technology to enhance patient comfort, safety, and diagnostic accuracy while reducing appointment times. Services are supported by an in-house laboratory and advanced tools such as intraoral cameras and digital X-rays to minimize radiation exposure. A fully equipped sterilization center ensures strict adherence to professional standards of cleanliness and infection control. The team is committed to creating a positive, rewarding experience for every patient and has been serving the community for over 25 years. Role Description The General Dentist is responsible for providing comprehensive dental care, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, preventive care, and patient education. Day-to-day tasks include performing fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges, and other general dentistry procedures, interpreting radiographs and other diagnostic results, and collaborating with hygienists and assistants to support patient care. The role involves maintaining accurate clinical records, adhering to strict infection control and safety protocols, and communicating clearly with patients about treatment options and oral health. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Montreal Metropolitan Area, requiring active participation in the clinical team and patient-focused service. Qualifications Licensed General Dentist in good standing with the appropriate provincial dental regulatory body, with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree. Proficiency in core clinical skills, including diagnosis and treatment planning, restorative dentistry, endodontic procedures, extractions, and basic prosthodontics. Strong knowledge of infection control, sterilization protocols, and safe use of dental equipment and materials in a clinical setting. Ability to work effectively with intraoral cameras, digital X-rays, and other modern diagnostic and treatment technologies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to explain treatment options clearly, build patient trust, and collaborate with reception, assistants, and hygienists. Commitment to patient-centered care, including empathy, professionalism, and respect for diverse backgrounds and needs. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, managing time and multiple cases throughout the day. Prior experience in a general dental practice or multi-provider clinic environment is an asset; fluency in French and English is strongly preferred.
