About the Job

N-Viro , a division of Walker Industries , is an Industry leader in the beneficial re-use of biosolids and other organic wastes. Our philosophy to biosolids management is simple – complete the cycle. We recover the valuable resources contained in this “waste” and return them to the earth where they belong. The high standard of our services, technology, and environmental stewardship sets us apart from others in the industry – and has created fast-paced growth across Canada.

We’re currently looking for a Full-Time Truck Driver (AZ License) to join our mission-driven team. If you’re passionate about the environment, safety, and being part of something that truly matters — this is your next opportunity. This position is a 5-day work week @ 8 hrs/day (some days may be 10/12hrs) and 40hr/week to start.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Perform pre and post-trip inspections on truck and trailer.
  • Load and offload trailers safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure on-time, thorough service to our customers.
  • Maintain accurate hours of service and inspection paperwork.
  • Keep equipment clean and ready for safe operations.

Here’s What You Need

  • Valid AZ Driver’s License.
  • Clean Driver’s Abstract.
  • Commitment to safety, compliance and environmental care.
  • Familiarity with waste handling equipment.
  • High school diploma (Grade 12).
  • Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
