We have highly developed project management and Agile delivery skills that fit nearly all types of client projects, from Business Process Outsourcing to new Application Development. We focus on engineering management, creating repeatable, efficient, scalable, delivery solutions in which we are sourced to support global projects with over 500 clients.
YOUR ROLE: Curam Business Analyst Consultant
WORK YOU WILL DO: As a Curam Business Analyst, you will ensure business needs are captured correctly across the product delivery lifecycle. You will lead requirements gathering sessions for Curam projects, support feature design and test planning, and help coordinate releases.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and configure Curam modules to meet the specific needs of the project.

Develop detailed use cases, user stories, and process flow diagrams to support the development and implementation of Curam solutions.

Facilitate workshops and meetings with business users to validate and refine requirements.

Assist in the development of test plans and test cases for Curam applications.

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Curam solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.

Stay updated with the latest Curam product features and enhancements to provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline

3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience with Curam solutions.

Strong understanding of business processes and requirements analysis.

Must be eligible for Reliability Clearance Status

English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement. Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with Curam software and solutions.

Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
