Great opportunity to join our team as Senior Seamstress/Seamster!

You will look after all aspects of clothing, repairs, servicing, upcycling and wash in the Service Centre.

This role is based in the Rab Service Centre, Montreal, which is responsible for all Canada warranty and repair solutions for B2C and B2B customers.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Seamstress/Seamster (including but not limited to):

• Repair garments and equipment for Rab Service Centre

• Upcycling of older products and fabrics to create new items for charity, 2nd Stitch, promo and general resale

• Working with Garment Technology to review quality control and construction of garments and equipment

• Assist with Wash and Drying garments for Rab Service Centre (as required)

• Reworking factory seconds

• Attending annual customer facing events and promoting Rab Service Centre

• Keeping the factory clean and tidy

• Stock checking fabrics and spare parts to ensure that we do not run out of key items

• To ensure that service standards are exceptional at all times
