About the role

*This posting will be used to fill up to 15 vacancies*

This posting is for the 2025/2026 academic year, from September 2, 2025 - August 31, 2026

Duties:

  • Assisting proctoring of tests and exams in-person, with most shifts occurring during Fall and Winter mid-terms and final exams.

Qualifications:

  • Must have completed a minimum of two years of university courses.
  • Must have access to a desktop computer or a laptop computer with a Webcam.
  • Must be committed to academic integrity
  • Preference will be given to students who have high academic standing.

An equivalent combination of education, experience, skills, knowledge and abilities may be considered.
