JOB DESCRIPTION – Fulfillment Associate
Location: North York, ON (On-site)
Division: Ticketmaster Canada
Line Manager: Manager, Client Support and Fulfillment
Contract Terms: Fixed-term (May thru Jul. - 3 months), Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

THE JOB
The Fulfillment team is growing, ahead of the busy Festival season upcoming! The team works in an open-office setting, with seated stations where you will be responsible for fulfilling festival orders. Ensuring a steady pace and accuracy for every order to meet deadlines. The work atmosphere is a fun and friendly team culture.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Preparing wristbands, inserts and merchandise for activation.
- Ensuring close attention to detail while scanning and fulfilling orders and matching with the appropriate number of wristbands.
- Adding proper inserts and/or merchandise into each envelope/package to be shipped out.
- Working effectively with your team to meet deadlines.
- Maintain cleanliness of working and common office areas daily and ensure unused inventory is stored accordingly (must be able to lift up to 20lbs).
- Supporting other projects/tasks as assigned.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks, in seated position.
- Must maintain a steady pace and focus while staying detail oriented.
- Commitment to follow packaging instructions per project (as directed by manager), to ensure client, fan and quality needs are met.
- Must be able to workfull-time, schedule isMonday to Friday, from9am to 5pm.
- Must be able to clear criminal record check.
- If you enjoy working with music, you are encouraged to listen to music via headphones!
YOU (BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS)
- You have strong attention to detail and are we organized.
- You are motivated/a self-starter with the ability to work in a busy, high-pressure environment.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills, including verbal, written, and listening.
- Good manual dexterity and ability to complete repetitive tasks/movement.
