We’re hiring: Canadian Sales Manager – Mining
Remote – based in Saskatoon, SK

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving profitable growth across Canada for our mining segment (TerraSource / TSG product lines).

You will play a key role in shaping market strategy, strengthening customer relationships, and leading sales performance across capital equipment and aftermarket parts & service.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Develop and execute territory strategies (monthly, quarterly, annual)
  • Drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability
  • Manage the full sales funnel, from opportunity identification to closing
  • Balance sales across capital equipment and aftermarket offerings
  • Build strong relationships with key mining customers across Canada
  • Understand customer technical challenges and deliver tailored solutions
  • Actively monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Track and report performance vs. targets using Salesforce & Power Bi
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data for forecasting and planning
  • Prepare and present technical proposals and commercial offers
  • Develop and support distributors and sales representatives
  • Evaluate partner performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Contracts, and Customer Service teams

What you bring

  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience in mining, industrial, or power sectors

  • Strong background in capital equipment and aftermarket sales

  • Proven ability to drive growth across a large, geographically dispersed territory

  • Excellent business acumen and ability to structure high-value deals

  • Strong technical understanding of material processing/handling equipment

  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office

  • English required; French is a strong asset

Travel

This role requires 50%+ travel across Canada, with occasional international travel (primarily to the U.S.).
