What are your contributions to the team?
Process Assessment & Design
- Conduct a comprehensive review of existing processes and documentation.
- Identify gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities for processes with compliance, ethical, or reputational impact.
- Define future state workflows, approval paths, controls, and governance structures.
- Establish clear roles & responsibilities, decision criteria, and risk assessment steps.
- Ensure alignment with internal policies, industry standards, and relevant legislation (including ethics, anti corruption, and reputational risk considerations).
Process Development & implementation
- Design end to end processes, including new steps or components not currently in place.
- Develop associated guidelines, procedures, and templates.
- Coordinate with key internal stakeholders to ensure process feasibility and adoption.
- Support organizational change management, including training and awareness activities with the team responsible.
Digital Platform / Tool Development
- Lead the definition of business requirements for digital tools that will operationalize the redesigned processes.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to define functionality, workflows, user experience, and integration needs.
- Lead the testing, validation, quality checks, and system rollout.
- Ensure the tools support appropriate governance, controls, and reporting capabilities.
- Monitor tool performance and contribute to ongoing enhancements.
Process Monitoring & Self Assessment
- Conduct periodic self assessments of E&C processes to evaluate process and control effectiveness.
- Perform testing of key controls, review documentation and workflows, and identify non compliance or weaknesses.
- Analyze risks, identify root causes, and recommend mitigation or corrective actions.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Facilitate discussions with internal teams and subject matter experts to gather information and ensure alignment.
- Build collaborative relationships across departments.
- Communicate process expectations clearly and support continuous improvement efforts.
How to thrive in this role?
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, operations management, or other relevant field (process optimization).
- You have 10 years' relevant professional experience in ethics & compliance, process design, project management, internal controls, operational excellence, or process improvement.
- You have experience within a large international corporation, ideally in manufacturing, aerospace, engineering, transportation, industrial sectors, or other non-financial industries.
- You have experience in designing and/or implementing compliance and governance processes.
- You have experience working environments within complex operational realities, cross-functional processes, and multiple stakeholder groups.
- You possess knowledge of relevant legislation and industry standards related to compliance or ethics programs.
- You have experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on digital tool implementation projects.
- You demostrate analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- You are skilled in process mapping process engineering, and workflow design.
- You have the ability to manage multi‑phase projects with cross‑functional teams.
- You possess excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
- You demonstrate leadership skills in managing complex projects with internal stakeholders from different functions.
- You exercise strong judgment, integrity, and attention to detail.
- You have the ability to influence and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- You are comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on operational work.
- You thrive in fast‑moving, results‑driven setting and adjusting seamlessly to changing priorities.
- You have excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French.
