Job Overview
Reporting to the Athletics & Wellness Director, the Wellness Clinic Supervisor serves as the face and operational lead of the Club’s Wellness Clinic. This role oversees the daily operations of the clinic, including appointment scheduling, member communications, and coordination between members and wellness professionals. The Supervisor plays a key role in enhancing the member experience by ensuring seamless delivery of wellness services while maintaining a professional, welcoming, and well-organized clinic environment. The Supervisor also provides day-to-day leadership to the clinic team, ensuring smooth operations, exceptional member service, and a welcoming, professional environment.
Compensation:$45,000 – $50,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Specific duties would include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting members in a professional manner and ensuring they are treated with dignity and respect.
- Providing friendly and courteous service when assisting members with questions, reservations, and service information.
- Supervising and supporting the Wellness Clinic team, providing guidance and ensuring high service standards are maintained.
- Managing the daily operations of the Wellness Clinic, including scheduling appointments and coordinating services between members and therapists.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for phone calls and email inquiries related to clinic services, appointments, and schedules.
- Managing patient files, records, and documentation while ensuring security and confidentiality of all member information.
- Providing information regarding therapists and services offered and assisting members with recommendations as needed.
- Monitoring clinic operations to ensure smooth appointment flow and efficient service delivery.
- Communicating with the Housekeeping department to ensure all areas of the Wellness Clinic are neat, tidy, clean, and well-maintained and that all equipment is safe and in good working order, reporting any deficiencies to the Athletics & Wellness Director.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-years-experience in a similar environment (medical clinic, spa, reception, etc.)
- College/University degree in related field preferred.
- Good computer and office equipment skills (Microsoft Office, POS, Jane experience is an asset)
- Understanding of medical terminology.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong written and spoken communications skills.
- CPR, AED and First-aid Certificate.
